Cafe Extra in Deggendorf

We ordered something via the app today, delivery on time, the food was very tasty. The only thing I regret is that I didn't tip anymore. Update: ordered again because it was so delicious the last time. But this time delivery time exceeded by 45 minutes, the burger roll soaked with water (unfortunately not edible), instead of steakhouse fries unfortunately old, cheap fries. And I would not recommend the schnitzel this time. Unfortunately this time there is no quality in one line. That's why star deduction. Too bad

We were very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It was always refilled and always fresh. And everything went wonderfully despite the mask and hygiene measures.

Nice restaurant. I would have liked to have had more to drink with my meal, but since the service staff and her colleague talked to the regular guests at Tressen for 15 minutes, this was unfortunately not possible! A shame 1-2 beers would have fit ...

It was very beautiful. Unfortunately the music was very loud, maybe because of my age 54. The cocktails had way too much ice, you just save. Food was great. I'll try again.

Was there for the second time today and wanted to give it another chance. Ordered a cake that was no longer suitable for consumption. The staff took the cake back without saying a word. The other cake wasn't removed from the counter either. Competence of the staff leaves something to be desired.

Were there to eat for Mexican Night. The food and the homemade lemonade was delicious. The look of the shop is also cozy. Effective staff. Unfortunately, 2 waitresses were responsible for our table at the same time and so there was confusion. Were asked twice for drinks and twice what hadn't been ordered were brought to the table. I advise a more precise table arrangement and always keep calm when typing in the dishes;)

We recently went back to the Extra twice. I used to find it very good. However, I have to say unfortunately I was always disappointed the last two times. The food is nothing special, especially for the price range. The biggest disappointment was the so-called "homemade lemonade" - strawberry watermelon. Each of us had ordered this. Homemade is something else. The lemonade was obviously mixed together with finished juice / syrup at the counter in front of our eyes. And that's how it tasted. With the term "homemade" and the high price, something else is to be expected. Regarding the Corona situation, we didn't feel very comfortable there either - the waitress kept coming unnecessarily close (although it was very empty in the restaurant). When I didn't understand something acoustically, the waitress took off the mask for a moment. I don't think that's necessary and not ok. In general, the service was friendly. With regard to Corona, everything else was observed.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast great. The regulations regarding Corona do not interfere at all and, in my opinion, are perfectly implemented by the staff.

Very good and high quality food, good cocktails, delicious coffee and huge breakfast buffet on weekends. We come to the restaurant regularly. So far the staff has always been friendly and helpful. However, you should reserve in the evening.

Good restaurant with delicious dishes. The prices are okay. The service is sometimes a bit slow, but it is okay. Since there is often a lot going on in the extra, you should reserve in advance. The atmosphere is modern and you can stay a little longer. If there is a lot going on, however, it will quickly get a little loud.

Various choice between salads and hamburgers, just a choice of cocktails. Reservation highly recommended on the weekend. Friendly staff, clean room. Music too loud for a conversation at a normal tone of voice and long waiting times.

Café Extra has long ceased to be an insider tip. No matter if it's a burger, pizza or just cool drinks. I am more than satisfied with the food, the selection and the price / performance ratio. The Sunday brunch with a fresh, home-made buffet is particularly worthwhile, both of which have their own taste. Always happy, therefore: clear recommendation!

We always like to come back. This time we had the cruchy chicken burger and the angus beef burger from the weekly menu. Delicious. Decent portions. I think it's great that you get a bottle of ketchup on the table, so you don't have to ask for more ketchup. Thumbs up. Sometimes the waiting time is a bit long here. If you need a larger table it is best to make a reservation. The prices are absolutely okay. The selection of drinks and cocktails is excellent.

Good place, full of young people on Friday and Saturday evening, one of the best places in Deggendorf to enjoy an evening with friends. Raccomended.

One of the few places where you can get brunch on the weekend. Prices are fair but food is really good. All the times I ate there, I had never problems with any of the dishes I ordered. At certain times a reservation is recommended. This place is usually always good visited. Nice atmosphere.
